El Concepto De Horizontalidad. El Denominado Mã‰Todo Continuo En Las Representaciones De La Naturaleza Del Arte Chino Y Japonã‰S

Abstract

Una primera aproximación al arte de China o de Japón nos permitirá apreciar cómo, en muchas ocasiones, la presencia o las representaciones de la naturaleza forman parte de su singularidad. Pero, además, en estas obras encontramos una comprensión horizontal de la mirada oriental que posibilita un devenir espacio-temporal de las mismas. En un intento por comprender cómo esta mirada se fundamenta en la cosmología oriental, y cómo, a su vez, se refleja en sus tradicionales estructuras sociales y en el arte, este trabajo realiza un análisis de algunas representaciones artísticas japonesas donde podemos encontrar ese denominado “método continuo†.
