Improving the financial and economic mechanisms for using of bioenergy technologies in municipal purposes

Abstract

The financial and economic mechanisms of state regulation of area of bioenergy, includes using of bioenergy technologies in municipal purposes for heat and hot water supplying, is analyzed. A possible potential of their application in Ukraine is characterized. Legislative acts of governing financial and economic mechanisms of economic entities in the field of bioenergy are represented. Proposals for improving the financial and economic mechanisms use of bioenergy technologies in municipal purposes are made for certain laws: the Budget and Tax codes of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine of new investment opportunities, guaranteeing the rights and interests of businesses for major energy modernization", "On alternative energy sources", "On prioritize social development of rural areas and agriculture in the national economy", "On energy saving", "On housing and communal services", "On innovation activity".
