Abstract

El presente artículo trata de comprender la evolución histórica de la misión de la universidad, y la importancia creciente que han ido adquiriendo las relaciones universidad-empresa y la transferencia de tecnología desde las universidades. Se plantean las distintas líneas de pensamiento sobre la concepción de cómo tienen lugar los procesos de transferencia e intercambio de conocimiento entre universidades y empresas, y, por ende, de la relación entre la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación.
