Abstract

Esta nueva entrega de Notas de Población, su número 113, ofrece a los lectores ocho artículos que abordan tres temas centrales: la fecundidad, la mortalidad y la migración interna. En el primer caso destaca un tema siempre relevante por sus consecuencias para los proyectos de vida de las mujeres, la fecundidad en la adolescencia y el papel de los métodos anticonceptivos, así como el problema de la evolución de los niveles de fecundidad a nivel subnacional en las últimas cinco décadas. En el segundo ámbito se han incluido la mortalidad infantil y la incidencia del COVID-19, en ambos casos con un análisis a nivel subnacional, un examen de los homicidios a nivel regional y un estudio de la esperanza de vida y los años saludables en tres países. Adicionalmente, se estiman los años de vida perdidos debido al COVID-19. En el último trabajo se estudia el perfil sociodemográfico y laboral de migrantes interestatales indígenas en México.
