¿Qué sabemos realmente acerca de las reestructuraciones de plantillas? Una aportación teórica

Abstract

En el presente trabajo intentamos arrojar un poco de luz sobre el conflictivo tema de las reestructuraciones de plantillas. Para ello, hemos efectuado una revisión de la literatura sobre este tema hasta la fecha y, en base a ello, hemos estructurado este artículo en cinco partes: explicación y definición del término; fases del proceso de reestructuración; métodos y resultados de su aplicación; formas de evitar o paliar los problemas derivados de una reestructuración de plantillas y, por último, conclusiones. Esperamos que nuestra labor sirva para aclarar algunas de las dudas más frecuentes que se plantean al respecto y que pueda ser una base para futuras investigaciones.
