Abstract

Настоящата статия разглежда проблемите, свързани с начините за разходване на средствата, предназначени за здравеопазване в България. Акцент в нея е възможността за чувствително намаляване на разходите чрез въвеждане на интегрирани здравно-социални услуги в домашна среда. Изводите и заключенията се базират на разглеждане на чуждия опит в това отношение, както и на пилотен проект на Българския червен кръст, приложен в четири общини на област Враца. В статията се разглеждат и алтернативните източници на финансиране на здравеопазването в България, каквото е здравното застраховане.
