La responsabilidad social empresarial y el enfoque estratégico de la organización: evidencia empírica de dos sectores

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo es analizar los resultados relacionados con el enfoque estratégico de la responsabilidad social empresarial en los sectores industrial y financiero de Ibagué, producto de dos proyectos de investigación de tipo descriptivo en los cuales se recolectó la información mediante un cuestionario, cuya primera parte se ocupa del enfoque estratégico, base del artículo, con análisis descriptivo. Los hallazgos muestran que en el sector industrial no hay un conjunto de actividades de RSE (Responsabilidad Social Empresarial) desde la óptica de la estructura y la estrategia organizacional, como sí ocurre en el sector financiero. Como principal conclusión se afirma que los resultados en términos del enfoque estratégico son muy diferentes entre los dos sectores estudiados, por las condiciones particulares de cada uno.
