La investigación en la ensenanza del derecho para la formación de abogados. Caso universidad de Cartagena de indias periodo 1994 – 2014

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar como la ensenanza impartida por los docentes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Cartagena, ha incidido en la formación de la competencia investigativa de sus estudiantes de pregrado entre los anos 1994 y 2012; este mismo proceso planteará un análisis del rol del docente en la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas en la formación investigativa de los estudiantes. De manera, en el presente artículo, se propone un acercamiento teórico a las categorías de investigación formativa, en el marco del diseno y desarrollo curricular.
