Abstract

Esta comunicación tiene como objeto explicitar las nociones de víctima, verdad, conciliación, reparación, no repetición y reconciliación practicadas en la cultura de la etnia wayúu. El propósito es visibilizar esta práctica ancestral restaurativa y en equidad desconocida por los propios compatriotas que miran hacia otros espejos porque desconocen lo nuestro. Asimismo, senalar la vigencia del sistema normativo wayúu sustentado en estas premisas.
