Abstract

Se parte de la relación entre la concepción del derecho, ensenanza del derecho, el aislamiento de las asignaturas presentadas como una negación de un sistema, la especialización del lenguaje como expresión de hiperespecializacion, la crítica como una opción metodológica y teórica para el mejoramiento del quehacer pedagógico, con una visión reflexiva, analítica y propositiva para que la ensenanza se evidencie como sistemática en sí y no como asignaturas aisladas.
