Análisis de la ayuda humanitaria para víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo desarrolla el análisis de la ayuda humanitaria para víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia teniendo en cuenta la implementación de la Ley 1448 (Ley de Víctimas) y el papel de la mujer al interior de este. La metodología empleada corresponde a una investigación cualitativa, con enfoque analítico y descriptivo. El resultado del análisis evidenció, entre otros, hallazgos, la contradicción entre lo que afirma el Estado y las víctimas en relación a los procesos de reparación, una alta confusión en la implementación de la Ley, así como la escasa aplicación de los fallos de la corte constitucional en cuanto a la resolución de peticiones de entrega de ayuda humanitaria propuestas por las víctimas del delito de desplazamiento forzado.
