Abstract

Una de las preocupaciones más importantes en la actualidad de la economía en América Latina está relacionada con los mercados laborales. En este contexto, un tema inquie-tante es el acceso y la calidad de los empleos que se han ha visto deteriorados, en parte por el crecimiento del trabajo por cuenta propia (Cepal, 2018). Sin duda, el panorama de los mercados laborales ha cambiado, y la crisis del 2008 parece ser un punto de quie-bre que ha abierto las puertas para el surgimiento de las economías colaborativas.
