Aproximación al liderazgo desde la caracterización de redes sociales presentes en el aula

Abstract

Este artículo hace una refl exión sobre la vinculación entre el comportamiento de las redes socialesy el desarrollo en sus integrantes de capacidades de liderazgo, a través del aprendizaje derivadode la relación líder/grupo/contexto, promovido a su vez por las relaciones de vecindad o lógicadel enjambre, lo que posibilita el diseno de acciones orientadas a desarrollar esas capacidades enestudiantes de carreras de negocios y presenta un ejemplo sobre como usando la metodología decaracterización de redes sociales, es posible identifi car líderes y dimensiones de liderazgo, en elcontexto del aula de clases.
