Orden social y conflicto: resultados de una metodología comparada en nueve localidades de Colombia

Abstract

El presente artículo expone una metodología comparativa y su aplicación al análisis de la reconfiguración de nueve órdenes locales en zonas de aguda confrontación armada en Colombia. Destacamos la sociología histórica y la propuesta de Charles Ragin en la que se apoya, y el análisis comparado de los casos. Identificamos los diferentes tipos de orden local, las similitudes entre los órdenes que conforman un mismo tipo, las diferencias entre los tipos de orden local y las trayectorias de las reconfiguraciones observadas desde el conflicto armado. Se concluye con una reflexión general motivada en la adhesión al principio de la complejidad y de la heterogeneidad causal, a propósito de las relaciones entre la agencia de los civiles y la coerción de los armados.
