PLAN FÉNIX: Reactivación económica con equidad en Argentina

Abstract

En este trabajo se presentan los elementos centrales de lo que es el plan Fénix parala Argentina, elaborado por la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidadde Buenos Aires. Su objetivo fundamental es proponer estrategias que contribuyana resolver los problemas existentes, crecer con equidad y erradicar la pobreza de lanación suramericana. Se argumenta que en el contexto de crisis, inseguridad yfrustración es posible, de inmediato, iniciar la marcha hacia la recuperacióneconómica._________ABSTRACTIn this document the key elements about the Phoenix Plan for Argentina arepresented. This has been done by the Faculty of Economic Sciences at theBuenos Aires University.The Phoenix Plan goal is to suggest strategies in order to solve currentproblems, equity growth and eradication of poverty in South America.It is stated that within a context of crisis, in security and frustration it isfeasible to attempt the economic recovery right away.
