Procesos de medición sectorial en Boyacá. El caso de la construcción

Abstract

El ensayo presentado por los profesores Francisco Giraldo y Dolly Camacho es un avance de investigación del convenio: "Alianza institucional UPTC–DANE, para el desarrollo de procesos de medición sectorial en el departamento de Boyacá". En el documento se incluyen los resultados del primer censo de edificación en la ciudad de Tunja; se describe la metodología utilizada para la realización del censo y se hacen algunas observaciones de teoría económica, relacionadas con la importancia de la información como factor fundamental para la elaboración de políticas de desarrollo. ABSTRACT: This article is the first report of the research study currently developed by the UPTC in agreement with DANE, called "Inter institutional alliance for the development of sector measuring processes in Boyacá". This document includes the results of the first construction census done in Tunja, the description of the methodology used to carry it out, and some remarks related to economy theories. These observations show the relevance of information as a main factor when designing development policies.
