Emparejamiento entre desempleados y vacantes para Cali: Un análisis con datos de panel

Abstract

Este trabajo discute el proceso deemparejamiento entre las vacantesy los desempleados para la ciudadde Santiago de Cali con datos depanel entre 1994 y el 2000 usandodatos del Servicio Público deEmpleo del SENA. Los resultadosmuestran rendimientos crecientesen la función de emparejamientocon respecto a las áreas de desempenode acuerdo con la codificaciónde la Clasificación Nacional deOcupaciones.
