Kollektivvertragliche Bestimmungen zur betrieblichen Weiterbildung in Österreich

Abstract

Wir untersuchen 263 österreichische Kollektivverträge auf Bestimmungen über betriebliche Weiterbildung. Die Kollektivverträge enthalten wenige solche Bestimmungen, aber Kollektivverträge, die für Angestellte gelten, haben diese häufiger als jene für Arbeiter/ innen. Die Daten des CVTS 4 zeigen, dass die Kollektivverträge von weiterbildungsaktiven Wirtschaftsbereichen häufiger Bestimmungen zur betrieblichen Weiterbildung enthalten als jene, die für weniger bildungsaktive Wirtschaftsbereiche gelten. Die Kollektivverträge der Bereiche mit den niedrigsten Weiterbildungsquoten, wie Bau und Beherbergung und Gastronomie, enthalten wenige bis keine Weiterbildungsvorschriften.
