Les reparations allemandes, 1920-1933 : une controverse revue par la theorie des jeux

Abstract

Cet article etudie l’histoire des reparations allemandes et de la dette exterieure dans la periode de l’entre-deux-guerres, en s’appuyant sur la theorie de la dette souveraine. Alors que les debats contemporains se sont axes sur la capacite de l’Allemagne a payer et les consequences possibles des transferts de reparation sur le niveau du revenu et de l’emploi tant pour le pays qu’a l’etranger, cette etude met l’accent sur les effets d’incitations, pour l’Allemagne, engendres par les differents accords qui ont regi la question des reparations.
