Baugewerbe: Geschäftsklima weiter unterkühlt

Abstract

Im sächsischen Baugewerbe hielt die seit Oktober 1999 festzustellende Abwärtsbewegung der Geschäftsklimas auch im Dezember 1999 an. Im Januar 2000 trat allerdings eine leichte Besserung ein. Die nach wie vor zurückhaltende Beurteilung der Geschäftslage durch das sächsische Baugewerbe spiegelt die rückläufige Bautätigkeit, eine geringe Geräteauslastung, schrumpfende Auftragsbestände sowie den anhaltenden Druck auf die Preise wider. Nach Aussicht der Unternehmen ist in den nächsten Monaten von einer Geschäftsabschwächung auzugehen, sie rechnen mit einer deutlichen Verringerung der Bautätigkeit und einem weiteren Rückgang der Verkaufspreise. Ein Drittel der befragten Unternehmen beabsichtigt in den nächsten Monaten eine weitere Reduzierung des Personalbestandes.
