Abstract

The study of state control over the use and protection of land on the territory of the Lviv region is presented. The schemes of the constituent elements of state control, the organizational structure of the Office of Control over Land Use and Protection, and the preconditions for its implementation have been developed. The main types of violations of land legislation, which prevail in the territory of Lviv region are analyzed
