Theoretical and methodological approach to the definition of environmental degradation of the region

Abstract

Theoretical and methodological substantiation of the methodical approach to determination of the level of ecological depressiveness of the territories of the region is given. Existing legislation regarding the definition of a «depressive region» has been researched. The groups of factors characterizing the level of development of the ecological-economic system of the region in the economic, ecological and social subsystems are formed.
