Market transformation of property relations in agricultural land use

Abstract

This paper deals with the state and challenges of the property relations transformation into the agricultural land use. The author reveals the peculiarities of the market transformation of land ownership, which manifests itself in the presence of restrictions and the importance of state regulation, which is formed in view of the peculiarities of land resources as the basis of production in the agricultural sector
