Abstract

Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi tìm ra môi trường thích hợp để hoàn thiện quy trình nhân giống cây Thanh long ruột đỏ Hylocereus polyrhizus (Weber) Britton & Rose. Hạt được khử trùng bằng javel 10% trong 10 phút. Cụm chồi được tạo thành từ cây con cao 1 cm trên môi trường MS + BA 1,5 mg/l và từ đoạn thân 1cm trên môi trường MS + BA 1 mg/l là tốt nhất. Rễ hình thành tốt nhất trên môi trường MS + 0,5 mg/l. Chất trồng để ươm cây gồm 10% tro trấu, 85% cát và 5% phân bò ủ hoai.
