Abstract

Đối ngoại quốc phòng là một bộ phận quan trọng trong hoạt động đối ngoại của Đảng, Nhà nước ta, góp phần củng cố và xây dựng nền quốc phòng toàn dân vững mạnh, nâng cao vị thế của nước ta trên trường quốc tế, đóng góp tích cực cho sự nghiệp xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc trong tình hình mới. Trong điều kiện hội nhập quốc tế, việc nâng cao chất lượng công tác đối ngoại trong lĩnh vực quốc phòng trở nên hết sức quan trọng. Trong phạm vi bài viết, tác giả tập trung vào phân tích làm rõ những vấn đề chung về chất lượng công tác đối ngoại quốc phòng, đánh giá thực trạng, bước đầu xác định những nhân tố tác động và đề xuất giải pháp để nâng cao chất lượng công tác đối Ngoại quốc phòng trong điều kiện hiện nay.
