Abstract

Depuis son deploiement, fin 2008, le dispositif de médiation du crédit a permis à plus de 10 000 entreprises de renouer une relation avec leurs banquiers. Pour son deuxième exercice, la Médiation a enregistré des saisines nombreuses avec des problématiques financières complexes ; l'efficacité de son organisation a favorisé l'intégration de dispositifs d'accompagnement et de prévention.
