Zastupljenost Programa Razvoja Karijere Zaposlenika U Internom Marketingu Kod Banaka Na Tržištu Bosne I Hercegovine (Representation Of Employee Career Development Programs In Internal Marketing At Banks In The Market Of Bosnia And Herzegovina)

Abstract

U radu se analizira zastupljenost programa razvoja karijere zaposlenika u internom marketingu kod banaka na tržištu Bosne i Hercegovine. Ciljevi istraživanja su: 1) Utvrditi stavove zaposlenika i menadžmenta o sistemu nagrađivanja u bankama u Bosni i Hercegovini, 2) Utvrditi stavove zaposlenika i menadžmenta o programima obuke i razvoja karijere u bankama u Bosni i Hercegovini, 3) utvrditi utjecaj socio-demografskih obilježja na stavove zaposlenika o pogledu sistema nagrađivanja i programa razvoja karijera u bankama u Bosni i Hercegovini, 4) utvrditi postojanje statistički signifikantne razlike u stavovima zaposlenika i menadžmenta o sistemi nagrađivanja i programima razvoja karijera u bankama u Bosni i Hercegovini. Rezultati provedenog t testa nezavisnih uzoraka pokazali su da se stavovi zaposlenika i menadžmenta razlikuju u 5 od 8 posmatranih elemenata kroz koje se analizirao sistem nagrađivanja u bosanskohercegovačkim bankama. Međutim, kada su u pitanju programi razvoja karijere, rezultati provedenog istraživanja pokazuju da statistički značajna razlika u prosječnim ocjenama stavova zaposlenika i menadžmenta banke postoji jedino kod stava da banka provodi interna istraživanja o zadovoljstvu zaposlenika. Nadalje, rezultati χ2 testa pokazali su da (izuzev kod jednog obilježja) ne postoji povezanost između posmatranih socio-demografskih obilježja zaposlenika, s jedne strane, te elemenata sistema nagrađivanja i programa razvoja karijere, s druge strane.
