Konceptualni Okvir Za Analizu Nejednakih Šansi U Obrazovanju (A Conceptual Framework For The Analysis Of Unequal Opportunities In Education)

Abstract

Polazeći od veze između obrazovne i dohodne distribucije u zemlji, i važnosti redukcije obrazovnih nejednakosti kako bi se smanjila dohodna nejednakost, u radu je prikazan konceptualni okvir koji istraživačima može poslužiti kao osnov za analizu nejednakih šansi u obrazovanju. U radu su predstavljene osnovne ideje nekoliko teoretičara društvene jednakosti, poput Rolsa, Dvorkina i Sena. Istaknuto je da su upravo Rolsova teorija pravde, Dvorkinovo gledište o jednakim resursima i Senov pristup sposobnostima poslužili kao osnov za ekonomsko modeliranje jednakih šansi u okviru dva različita pristupa. Prvi pristup počiva na formalizaciji pojma jednakosti šansi u ekonomskim modelima koji tretiraju šanse eksplicitno, dok se drugi pristup zasniva na formalnom tretiranju jednakosti šansi u sklopu ekonomskih modela koji šanse posmatraju implicitno. U radu je poseban fokus stavljen na Romerov teorijsko-metodološki okvir koji počiva na potrebi redukcije nejednakosti koje su povezane sa karakteristikama pojedinaca na koje on nema uticaja, uz isticanje razlike između faktora napora i faktora okolnosti.
