A finanszírozási stratégiák elemzése a visegrádi négyek tőzsdéin jegyzett nyílt részvénytársaságok egy csoportján

Abstract

A forgótőke menedzsmentet egy folyamatként célszerű meghatároznunk, amely magába foglalja azokat a mindennapi tevékenységeket, melyek befolyásolják például a rövid és hosszú lejáratú adósság arányát. A finanszírozási stratégiákat a forgótőke menedzsment ezen részeként elemzem tanulmányomban, rávilágítva az elmélet pontatlanságaira, a szubjektív elemekre. Egy konkrét módszertannal történő számítás elvégzésére is sor kerül, melynél az elemzés alapját a visegrádi négyek tőzsdéin jegyzett nyílt részvénytársaságok egy csoportja képezi. Számszerűsítésre kerül a finanszírozási mutató, amely a háromfokozatú, de a valóságban inkább kétfokozatú finanszírozási stratégiák besorolását differenciáltabban kezeli.
