Vezetői képességek és módszerek a lean termelésben – magyarországi gyakorlat

Abstract

A Toyota a termelési rendszere mellett egy új leadership rendszert is fejlesztett. Ugyanakkor a legutóbbi időkig a lean termelési rendszerrel kapcsolatban nem igazán kerültek menedzsment vagy leadership témák, pl. képességek és módszerek. Empirikus kutatásunk lean menedzserekkel és vezető lean szakértőkkel készített interjúk alapján vizsgálja a menedzsment képességeket és a vezetői módszereket magyarországi multinacionális cégek termelőegységeinél. Eredményeink szerint a kommunikáció, az elemzőkészség vagy a szervezési készségnek van jelentős hatása lean kontextusban. A szakmai ismeret és a gyakorlatorientáltság pedig a magyar menedzserek körében fontos elemként jelentek meg az elmúlt évtizedekben, és ezek lean környezetben is meghatározók.
