Cyfryzacja procesów B+R na przykładzie KGHM Polska Miedź SA

Abstract

Ostatnie dwie dekady cechuje dynamiczny rozwój, który zyskał miano czwartej rewolucji przemysłowej, a także ery zarządzania wiedzą i cyfryzacji. Na tym tle wyznaczono cel opracowania, jakim jest przedstawienie od strony teoretycznej i praktycznej przesłanek oraz efektów cyfryzacji procesów biznesowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem działalności badawczo-rozwojowej (B+R). W warstwie empirycznej posłużono się reprezentatywnym przykładem przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowego, jakim jest KGHM Polska Miedź SA. Jest to przedsiębiorstwo z silnie zarysowaną hierarchiczną strukturą organizacyjną, w którym na przestrzeni ostatnich 15 lat podjęto próby wdrożenia kilku projektów cyfryzacji w działalność badawczo-rozwojowej. W artykule opisano proces cyfryzacji B+R w KGHM zarówno w ujęciu historycznym jak i programowym, wpisującym się w aktualną strategię koncernu. W końcowej części opracowania przedstawione zostały nie tylko osiągnięte korzyści ale też doświadczenia zdobyte w procesie realizacji jednego z projektów.
