Abstract

Known as one of the most common crimes encountered in all times and in all legislation, the crime of theft was changed following the entry into force of the new Criminal Code in order to adapt on the one hand the contemporary realities in which the object and how commit, and the perspective offered by the criminal provisions of other states.
