Reconsiderations Of The Modern Concepts Of Public Expenditure In The Current Development Context

Abstract

This article follows the main aspects of modern conceptions of public spending, focusing on the interpretations given to them in terms of economic evolution in recent years. It was made a correlation with the human development index that comes to support a series of reconsiderations of conceptions about public expenditure and their role.
