Theoretical aspects of regulation of employment of the population

Abstract

Employment of the population — the realization of human rights and freedoms to work. The emergence of the problem of employment in the labor market is one of the problems of the socio–economic situation of Russia, including the national economy. Confirmation of this can be seen in the provisions of economic theories and views of representatives of classical and Keynesian schools, in the implementation of state programs in the field of labor and employment in Russia. A number of areas can help solve problems, including the development of non–standard forms of employment.
