Abstract

This paper shows a quality assessment in a rural hosting service in Moctezuma, Sonora, through SERVQUAL method. Rural setting accommodation or hosting service are very important agrobussines for rural regions, therefore it is important to do this evaluation, to generate higher economic returns in companies in this town. To end, quality is very important for business, and it makes that service be better for customers and their satisfaction.
