Inversión y reinversión en la actividad ganadera

Abstract

Los sistemas de producción ganaderos difieren no solamente en la orientación productiva sino también en su nivel tecnológico. Dicha orientación guarda relación con la dotación de recursos disponibles, los que, además, pueden tener mayor o menor incidencia sobre la aplicación de tecnología. Alcanzado un nivel de relativa eficiencia con los recursos disponibles, cualquier proceso posterior de mejora implicará un salto tecnológico que requiere la inversión de capital. ¿Cómo hacen los ganaderos uruguayos para financiar la adopción de nuevas técnicas? ¿Cómo hacen para mantener las inversiones que ya han sido realizadas?
