Abstract

---------- Asset valuation procedures should in practice be carried out with the most professional skill and taking into account as many factors as possible. The secondary study outlines the theoretical aspects and methodological links that can be applied in the current science’s view. In any case, it is recommended to use more than one corporate valuation method to calculate the exact result, of course, according to the purpose, market and circumstances of the particular valuation. In the case of a continuous corporate assessment, the position of the management is much more favorable as it is constantly informed about the value of the company it manages, thus, in the long run, the growth of corporate value and the right course are ensured.
