Abstract

When combined with appropriate administration and oversight, digital financial services can expand the scale, scope, and reach of financial services. This is essential for bridging the remaining gaps in financial inclusion. Saving money, making payments, obtaining credit, and obtaining the insurance may all be accomplished easily and cost-effectively with the help of digital technology by individuals, households, and companies. This initiative aims to provide a better understanding of the complexities underlying digital financial inclusion as its ultimate goal. Through this work, a definition of digital financial inclusion and the benefits of having access to digital financial services will be formulated. The study will come to a close with a discussion of the possible policy repercussions that could be associated with digital financial services.
