Методичний Підхід До Визначення Раціональної Кількості Пасажирських Вагонів

Abstract

Ситуація, що склалася з парком пасажирських вагонів в останні роки є критичною. Саме тому виникла необхідність у новому теоретико-методичному підході щодо визначення раціональної кількості пасажирських вагонів. Основною метою статті є удосконалення наукового підходу до визначення кількості пасажирських вагонів на перспективу з урахуванням зміни обсягів пасажирських перевезень, впровадження швидкісного руху в Україні. Вирішення поставленої мети включає в себе чотири етапи: 1) визначення можливої кількості напрямків, де можуть бути введені денні швидкісні поїзди; 2) розподіл кількості пасажирів між швидкісними та звичайними перевезеннями; 3) розрахунок потрібного парку пасажирських вагонів окремо для швидкісних та для звичайних перевезень з урахуванням всіх можливих факторів; 4) визначення суми інвестицій на оновлення парку пасажирських вагонів. Дослідження проводилися з використанням прикладних програм. Після виконання цих досліджень можна зробити висновок, що погасити дефіцит пасажирських вагонів можливо лише за рахунок залучення бюджетних та приватних коштів.
