Изменение Организационной Культуры Предприятия В Условиях Становления Экономики Знаний

Abstract

Организационная культура, являясь одним из основных факторов обеспечения эффективности деятельности предприятия в современных условиях глобализации, информатизации и интеллектуализации, требует постоянного управления ее формированием, поддержанием и изменением. В статье рассмотрены сущность управления развитием организационной культуры, этапы процесса изменения организационной культуры. Перечислены методы изменения организационной культуры. Раскрыта необходимость «надстройки» к существующему типу организационной культуры новых субкультур культуры знаний и информационной культуры, передающих ценности и характеристики новой экономики.
