Abstract

Институциональные ограничения развития рынка жилья в посткризисной экономике В статье анализируются перспективы становления рыночных отношений в жилищной сфере в условиях посткризисной экономики сквозь призму институциональной экономической теории. К закономерным процессам, характерным для российского рынка жилья, автор относит разрастание теневого сектора в жилищном строительстве как результат нерационального теневого режима и формирования механизма самоорганизации этого режима. в статье обозначены меры, способствующие устранению институциональных ограничений развития рыночных отношений в жилищной сфере, а также условия их преодоления.
