Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования и функционирования регионального банковского сектора республики Северная Осетия-Алания. Выявлены основные факторы, сдерживающие развитие банков в регионе и условия эффективной деятельности банковской системы, предложены мероприятия по формированию региональных рынков капитала, региональных рынков ценных бумаг и др., способствующие укреплению региональной сети банков, указываются меры по активизации банковской деятельности в субъектах РФ.
