Abstract

В статье на примере развитых зарубежных стран дан сравнительный анализ функций и полномочий государственных органов по банкротству предприятий, определены преимущества внесудебной процедуры реструктурирования долгов, рассмотрена проблема выбора между реорганизационными и ликвидационными процедурами несостоятельных предприятий.
