Mit értünk társadalmi vállalkozás alatt és miért kutatjuk? – Narratívák a nemzetközi szakirodalomból

Abstract

A társadalmi vállalkozás a 90-es évek eleje óta egyre népszerűbb kifejezés, felmerülhet azonban, hogy mit értünk pontosan alatta? A szakirodalomban nem létezik jelenleg a fogalom mindenki által elfogadott definíciója, ezért ezen írás célja, hogy bemutassa és értelmezze a társadalmi vállalkozás jelenleg domináns narratíváit. A társadalmi vállalkozás, mint alulról szerveződő, nem profitorientált gazdálkodás négy fő narratívája kerül bemutatásra: az Amerikában gyökerező társadalmi vállalkozó (fókuszban az egyén) és a társadalmi vállalkozás (fókuszban a piaci jövedelem) narratíva, az EMES európai megközelítése (új jóléti állam), illetve a a Globális Északon és Délen egyaránt gyökerező társadalmi vállalkozás narratíva (szolidáris gazadaság és közösségi gazdaság mozgalmak), amely társadalmi-gazdasági és politikai transzformációt vízionál. A különböző narratívák közös pontja, hogy egy „emberibb” gazdaságot vetítenek előre, viszont abban akár ellent is mondanak egymásnak, hogy milyen ez az „emberibb” gazdaság és hogy hogyan jutunk el addig.
