Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo a análise da situação atual das parcerias público-privadas na Bahia. Num momento em que esse mecanismo vem ultrapassando as fronteiras do setor de infra-estrutura para viabilizar investimentos em outras áreas, é lícito estudar de forma mais profunda este conceito e verificar a possibilidade de sua aplicabilidade no cenário baiano, diante de uma evolução das opções tradicionais para a realização de investimento em obras de interesse público, através dos mecanismos de concessão, permissão, licitação e exploração direta pelo poder público, obedecendo às condições legais e a legislação em vigor.
