Abstract

Chi tiêu công là vấn đề mà Chính phủ và các nhà nghiên cứu kinh tế quan tâm. Bài nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của chi tiêu công đến tăng trưởng kinh tế tại các quốc gia Đông Nam Á trong giai đoạn 1995-2012. Qua phân tích hồi quy dữ liệu bảng cho thấy tổng chi tiêu công, chi tiêu công cho y tế, cho an ninh quốc phòng có tác động cùng chiều đến tăng trưởng kinh tế và chi tiêu công cho giáo dục tác động ngược chiều. Ngoài ra, trong quá trình phân tích, kết quả nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy lực lượng lao động, đầu tư tư nhân, đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài tác động cùng chiều lên tăng trưởng kinh tế và lạm phát, độ mở nền kinh tế tác động ngược chiều.
