Abstract

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là xác định các yếu tố tài chính ảnh hưởng đến quyết định đầu tư của nhà đầu tư cá nhân tại sàn giao dịch thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, bằng cách sử dụng mô hình Binary Losgictis, từ kết quả thu được đề xuất một số gợi ý đầu tư cho các nhà đầu tư cá nhân và cả doanh nghiệp. Các dữ liệu trong nghiên cứu được thu thập từ khảo sát của 190 nhà đầu tư cá nhân, thông qua bảng câu hỏi tại sàn giao dịch thành phố Hồ Chí Minh vào năm 2011. Phát hiện chính của nghiên cứu là yếu tố tỷ lệ cổ tức có ảnh hưởng cao nhất đến quyết định đầu tư của nhà đầu tư cá nhân, sau đó là yếu tố thu nhập kỳ vọng, chính sách cổ tức, thị giá cổ phiếu.
