Ảnh hưởng của thu nhập và giá cả đến chi tiêu cho thực phẩm của các hộ gia đình Việt Nam

Abstract

Mô hình hệ thống phân tích hàm cầu AIDS được áp dụng để xem xét ảnh hưởng của việc thay đổi giá cả và thu nhập lên lượng tiêu dùng hay mức chi tiêu của các hộ gia đình cho các nhóm lương thực, thực phẩm. Số liệu được trích xuất từ bộ dữ liệu khảo sát mức sống hộ gia đình Việt Nam 2010. Kết quả cho thấy mô hình với chỉ số giá Laspeyres cho ra các hệ số co dãn phù hợp với điều kiện Việt Nam hơn so với mô hình áp dụng chỉ số giá Stone. Phần lớn các nhóm thực phẩm đều là những hàng hóa thông thường, thay thế nhau và co dãn theo giá. Trong đó, thịt các loại, tôm cá, đường - bánh kẹo - sữa và đồ uống là những nhóm hàng có tỷ trọng chi tiêu tăng theo giá. Ngoài ra, kết quả cũng cho thấy những hộ thuộc nhóm thu nhập cao bị tác động bởi sự thay đổi giá mạnh hơn so với những hộ thuộc nhóm có thu nhập thấp.
