Abstract

El libro aborda la complementariedad entre los procesos de globalización, integración regional y desarrollo local a partir de la articulación de redes de ciudades, destacándose la Red de Ciudades del MERCOSUR. En un mundo global, la integración regional y la articulación local se han demostrado como dos opciones políticas claves para favorecer el desarrollo de una governance multinivel.
