Abstract

La economía cubana se halla sometida a un intenso proceso de cambio en pos de garantizar su reinserción en el mercado internacional manteniendo los principios de desarrollo socialista. Lo anterior implica que el elemento básico de la economía, la empresa, también está inmersa en ese proceso de cambio, jugando un papel fundamental en la concreción de la política y la proyección económica del estado.
